Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our services mainly include digital courses and training programs. Once the access or login credentials have been provided, refunds are generally not applicable.
If due to any technical issue the payment gets deducted but the enrollment or service is not activated, it will be treated as a “failed transaction / duplicate payment.” After verification, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Before initiating any chargeback or dispute, please contact our support team via email at info@skillsupgrade.in so that we can help resolve the issue directly.
All refunds are processed only through online mode to the same source account used for payment. No refunds are provided in cash.
